i am totally with you on the cruelty free classroom. How would you express/convey a discipline plan such as this to the admin/prin, especially when first interviewing. I also used music a lot in my teaching, but i let the students play their own stuff as well by integrating it into various projects (geography). [found your blog through livewire]
